We are really excited to announce that we have been hard at work behind the scenes with the incredible team at City Lit to bring you our very first Yoga Course!
We of all people know how daunting it can be to start something new, venture into a new class or even get to the gym. That’s why we have created a class especially for you. We always feel loads more relaxed when we realise we are no different from the next person – that’s why it was so important for us to create a safe, encouraging and relaxed environment that understands your needs.
Introducing ‘VIBE’ class; an introduction to Yoga for Wellbeing bought to you by #MentalMovement Magazine and City Lit. This 6-week yoga course will help you learn how to release stress and calm the mind. Increase your body awareness, improve posture and reduce feelings of stress in daily life.
We are offering #MentalMovement readers an exclusive offer and due to very limited spaces (because less is always more) tickets will be available on a first-come first-served basis. The cost of the 6 weeks is £32.45 per person, that works out just over £5.00 per class! You’ll also receive one of our wellbeing boxes stuffed full of goodies from Vita Coco, City Lit and #MentalMovement Magazine on your first session!
The course will commence on Monday 16th January 2017 at 3:30pm and last for one hour, continuing each Monday at 3:30pm until 4:30pm for 6 weeks. The last class will be held on the 20th February.
