Our team are also particularly excited to see In The Moment writer Natalie Lue who will be bringing a refreshing and relatable conversation to the table in her talk ‘Using mindfulness to break a people-pleaser habit’. Natalie is the writer of relationships and self-esteem website, Baggage Reclaim, and author and self-publisher of five self-help books.
