It’s looking to be a jam-packed year for Mental Movement Magazine already and as we head steadily toward the summer we are proud to announce our media partnership with The Mindful Living Show.
There hasn’t yet been a show quite like it and we are all extremely excited about the prospects The Mindful Living Show has to offer the mental health, well-being and mindfulness communities alike.
The Mindful Living Show will take place on 2-3 June 2017 at the Business Design Centre in London. It is fast becoming one of the most talked about shows in the wellness community.
With a wealth of experts, 60 wonderful exhibitors, expert panel discussions and two days of teaching and practice, The Mindful Living Show is the perfect place to explore the world of wellness and learn more about the art of mindfulness. Whether you are a beginner, expert practitioner or simply curious – the show welcomes all to come and discover the incredible benefits of meditation and the different ways in which it can benefit your life.
Keynote speakers for the event will include the wonderful Ruby Wax, Jamie Bristow the Director of The Mindfulness Initiative, and Director of Mindfulness UK, Karen Atkinson. Saturdays show will see an expert panel headed by the lovely Suzy Greaves of Psychologies Magazine for a discussion around Paths to Happier Living. If that’s not enough excitement for you then wait until you hear about the Zen Market and Experience Lounge!
The Zen Market boasts to feature products and activities to support you on your path to mindful living and will see pop ups from some incredible brands. These include doTerra, The Medicine Garden and our lovely friend Mo Seebutin over at The Happiness Planner!
