Following the success of last years event, Kingston Yoga and Vegan Festival makes a welcomed return on January 28th.

The third annual festival is being hosted at Hollyfield School in Surbiton. Organized by Yogific, the event boasts of 40 sessions that include all-day Yoga, meditation, talks, workshops, and demos. Many of Kingston’s well-known Yoga teachers are participating in the festival. Besides Yoga and meditation, there will be over 50 stalls selling vegan products and a variety of fresh vegan food will be on offer.

“We, at Yogific, are grateful for all the love and support we have received from Kingstonians. This year’s festival will have a special spotlight on mental health. Expect a series of Yoga, meditation, and talks on the subject of depression, anxiety, and other mental health topics. There will be a ‘Lil Yogi Room’ with lots of yoga classes and fun activities for kids, babies, mummies, and the whole family. There is free entry for children”, says Skaiste from Yogific.

The organizers have pledged to donate a part of proceeds to Kingston’s famous local charity, Love Kingston.
